Wednesday, February 8, 2012 @ 23:23 ![]() [this is Taralynn Mcnitt, my inspiration for project75~] you know the exercise of you losing weight? first you turn your head to the left. and next to the right, & repeat the motion when someone offers you food. i didn't realize how many time i did that when i started my project75. seriously, i realize not only was i eating a lot, but because of my family they keep offering me food too. they too have an unhealthy lifestyle when it comes to food. i decide to make a change for myself. i want to life a very long healthy life ahead. so i started to cut off fat food & eat healthy food. you have no idea how much work it is to find healthy food. one thing, i need to buy my own grocery. i decide to do this on my own and not bother the rest of my family. but mom finds out that i was "dieting" and she told my dad too. now i have lectures about dieting from them. -____-" i never intend to tell anyone actually however, i decide to buy fruits and vegetables & healthy snacks & food. thanks to Taralynn, who had a successful weight loss & healthy lifestyle. i manage to find some food and meals for myself. She helped me a lot. even if she doesn't know i exist or that she live the other part of the world. i really thank her for sharing her experience & advice with everyone. she motivates me to do this project. every time when i need a healthy recipe/food i'll look up to her website. if you want to lose weight, & need some guidance or advice. you can read what Taralynn did & do at her blog: *like her FB page too~ you know, first few days was tough. food is like everywhere but i told myself that everything will be fine when i manage to achieve my goals. I've been eating way more fruits this week. I've made a few mistakes of slipping away for a moment. where i had fast food or unhealthy snack. but i'll never giving up~ another thing is that i have a specific time for my eating schedule. trust me, this ain't easy. its hard work. you need to use your brain a lot. especially when doing grocery! i have to check every label on the food product that i buy, i know right, usually people take & go & pay. but this time is different, i have to see the nutrition fact box before i put in my cart. it is never easy. plus, every day i take down on everything that enters my mouth. i have a small book that records every food i ate. and recently this week, i make it more challenging by counting the calories intake~ school~ school never helps in my healthy lifestyle. school has a part of this. since my class is in the afternoon, it screw up my sleeping pattern. before i start this, my sleeping time was 2-4am in the morning wake up around 12-1pm & eating time is any food at any time, but recently, i have 5 alarms on my phone. 9am is wake up call. 10am is breakfast. 1pm is lunch. 5pm is dinner. 10pm is sleep. it all goes well till today~ so frustrating i need to stay up all night to do my school work. I've always & will be blaming school for my screw up sleeping pattern. >;/ anywhoooo~ i hope this project is a success and all. i really want to change my lifestyle. especially the food i eat~ Labels: dieting, inspiration, motivation, project75, Taralynn McNitt, weight loss |
