initially, i couldn't fit into that dress few months back.

great accomplishment~

speaking of which, when my friends got to know i am somehow "dieting"

they ask me why & how long.

why is because i am sick and tired of people think words doesn't hurts.

and once & for all i want to shut them up.

how long, i mean like.. is there a time for how long i will be doing this?

honestly i don't know.

actually its not really dieting for me.

its a change of lifestyle of how i choose to eat.

so to answer that question,

probably as long as i live.
