this is the kind of food i prepare for myself.
yes, it is definitely different then what i usually eats.
on the left is my today's lunch.
lettuce + pea sprouts + olive oil feta cheese with herbs + fish with garlic & parsley + grapes
on the right is my dinner. which i am eating now.
cucumber + cherry tomatoes + grapes + apples + fish with crush chili
i admit, it was never easy to change the food you eat.
but slowly, you can.
i do eat out sometimes. & its hard to find something healthy i admit.
but once you know your way of eating healthy.
then you know where to eat and what to get.
does this food makes you full? you may ask..
well sometimes. some times i just eat some snacks if i get hungry again.
but the trick is to eat slowly.
never wait till you are starving to eat.
have an 2 hours intervals between meals and snacks
i never use to eat just the raw vegetable itself.
sometimes i eat it with some sweet fruits to get by it.
sweets fruits always helps :)
i did grocery shopping yesterday with dad.
so now when i'm at home, i can just prepare my own food.
if not i just have to avoid unhealthy food at home,
which was never easy consider the food the rest of my family eat.
don't get me wrong, i sometime do snack on something unhealthy.
just not so often like i use to.
at least its a step forward~
