made an everyday workout.

may not be much, but for beginners like me.
gosh, its not as easy as it looks~
Saturday is grey out cox its EXERCISE-FREE SATURDAY!
hahahha!
okay, eating healthy is not the only thing to lose weight i realize.
it may be effective for the first month.
but then i somehow hit a plateau cox of lack of exercise.
and also its not good to over exercise.
take a day off every week.
after some work out, my weight began to move again~
so yea, make it fun!
everytime i work out, its better off listening to some awesome music.
those music that will make eu wanna dance~

i am half way thru to reach my goal.
my project 75.
so, as long as i believe and motivate myself.
i know i can do it~
